Food, Sex, Happiness and Spirituality

On a cold, blustery President’s Day in Los Angeles, I walked out onto sixth street and immediately found myself witness to a riot of pigeons frantically picking away at bread that someone had thrown on the street. There must have been what I thought were at least a couple dozen of them taking turns hurling a piece of bread in the air as they tried to rip off a little shred of it, consuming it wholesale and then running around trying to find another piece. All the while, traffic was moving as it usually does on a holiday, i.e., it was light, but continuous. The pigeons anxiously kept an eye on the vehicles passing, people trying to cross the street and other happenings around them, while still going about downing as much bread as they could.

It’s a very happy thing, watching anything eat, especially one that eats with such gusto.

Ultimately, all life feeds on other life. That’s how it’s always going to be. The only difference between human beings and animals is that we’re supposed to have evolved to the point where we are willingly feeding ourselves to each other. In other words, we’re willing to give our energy to others so they may benefit. And in turn, they share something too, if they can. But if they can’t, we’re supposed to give ourselves away, generously.

As long as it’s done wisely.

For example, you wouldn’t invite a snake into your house and allow it to sleep in your bed, would you? It doesn’t belong in your bed; however cold it might be outside. And that’s how it is with human beings too — you should have the intelligence to know who to feed, and how to feed them. In your case, you should know how to be fed, as you won’t have any control over who decides to feed you.

Let me elaborate.

Two women were sitting and chatting away at the coffee shop, when a shirtless person approached us and started yelling and spitting. This happens in Los Angeles everywhere as there are quite a few disturbed human beings roaming the streets trying anything they can to find something or the other, usually comfort. But there’s also another kind of human being out there — one that’s all up in arms because they have way too much energy and they’re trying to find a way to give it away. This latter kind tends to scream at no one in particular, trying to get rid of all the excess garbage they’ve accumulated, bad feelings, for example, which requires them to throw away a boatload of energy along with it. The person that approached these women was doing both: screaming, but also asking for comfort from the women.

Of course, they aren’t that articulate as to politely, or impolitely, ask for something as sweet as comfort. Usually, they ask for a cigarette.

I stood calmly in the sun, watching the situation unfold. I am unable to get upset at these people, as all they’re doing is trying to get something and give something. They’re not actually trying to harm anyone, even though they may appear threatening to some. Eventually, this person came around to me and started asking for the same thing. I am able to filter out all the garbage and use up their energy for my work, so I proceeded to calmly stand my ground, so to speak, until they were ‘finished’ with what they had to do. Eventually, they left.

The people in the coffee shop tried to help by calling the police, but I know there’s no point. Honestly, LAPD has a lot on their hands and dealing with a few disturbed human beings screaming at people in a coffee shop isn’t a priority. We, the citizens of Los Angeles, should be able to take care of some things ourselves instead of looking to the police every time someone feels uncomfortable. But most people behave as babies do — they call for mommy as soon as they feel scared. And that’s why 911 calls are always ringing, fire trucks are always running around, police sirens are everywhere and so on and so forth.

If you don’t understand what life is fundamentally doing, you’ll be scared no matter what goes awry, even if the smallest little ant crawls up on your skin. I actually tend to watch these insects hang out on my body for a while, seeing if they want to talk. I am happy to see them. They’re not here to harm anyone.

Basically, in our world, energy comes in waves and often in unpleasant ways, which is to say it’s tainted with negativity. If you are able to filter out the negativity and use the energy, you’ll be happy no matter what’s around. You’ll know how to be fed using the energy that’s available everywhere. And you’ll be fulfilled.

It’s easier done than said, honestly!

Energy. That’s what lies at the core of all human endeavor, and in fact life itself. Wherever you look in the city of Los Angeles, all you see is energy, even if it appears in the form of people, buildings and so on. And if you think it’s a busy place now, just wait till the Olympics arrive in 2028. We’re going to be in seventh heaven. At least, those of us who know how to ride these waves will be.

People are weirdly concerned about the fact that we as a civilization are consuming a lot more energy than we need. In fact, we’re consuming a lot less than we should. And that’s why the whole world is such a noisy place. As energy goes up, things get quieter, not noisier. At the very peak of your energy, you will only find silence, nothing else. And I don’t just mean sound — everything will become extremely still, unmoving , intense and beautifully, perfectly, fulfilling. This is the end goal of all meditation: ‘full’ enlightenment, or Nirvana, as they call it sometimes. I actually live here every second of my life, so I don’t find it at all fun to ‘come down to Earth’ and live at a lower energy level, but it’s necessary for me to be here to work here, so I’ll put up with it as long as I must.

We must not try and turn back the clock to some primitive state where we all consume as little energy as possible, as some misguided individuals in the eco-conscious movement have been positing as a solution to the climate change ‘crisis’. I am not even interested in conservation, as energy is unlimited in the universe in which we live. What we’ve failed to do so far, is understand how to tap into it, because we don’t understand the nature of our existence.

We need to understand the nature of our existence in order to understand how to tap into the universe’s limitless source of energy.

All these technologies that you’re seeing in the world are a direct consequence of the evolution of our understanding of our own existence. When we thought we were ‘just bodies’, we built ‘internal combustion machines’. As we came to terms with the fact that we may be more than just physical entities, that we may be connected to some higher power, we started to come up with electricity and electrically-driven devices. This trend will continue to forge ahead until we’ve discovered a limitless source of energy to power this planet.

Most of this understanding is happening at the subconscious level, which is why our evolution is so messy. But if you get enlightened, you’ll come up with ways to solve humanity’s needs in a way that astonishes everyone around you, which is why I keep asking you to go all the way and see how much you can contribute instead of being satisfied simply by finding a bit of peace and joy.

But what does all this have to do with food?

When you ride waves of energy in existence, you feed the soul, not the body. It takes a ‘material’ carrier to transfer all the energy from a deeper source to a more superficial one. Your soul is that deeper source that rides the waves and uses spiritual energy. And it then needs to feed the body using a ‘material’ carrier so that the body is healthy, energized and able to contribute to the world by acting as an agent of creation.

Yes, happiness is actually a bodily feeling, not a mental experience. Unless the body’s in great shape, you will not feel happy, which is why most people are exceptionally unhappy these days. They don’t feed the body at all, choosing instead to ‘pleasure’ themselves, which is an act of depleting the body’s energy reserves. Let me clarify this a bit further for you.

Pleasure, essentially, is that experience where you dump a boatload of energy down the toilet, sometimes literally! It’s what you might experience when you go pee after holding it in for a very long time. If you simply have sex, you are essentially dumping the body’s energy, depleting it’s reserves in order to gain a bit of pleasure — temporarily — after which you feel exhausted.

But when you’re made love to and you’re receptive, you receive energy. And if you hold on to that energy instead of squandering it, eventually you will rise in energy level until you experience Nirvana. Unlike sex, love making energizes a woman.

This is why spiritual types, i.e. the enlightened ones, are always telling you to seek love, not sex. The more sex you have without being made love to, the worse off you’ll be.

The more sex you have without love, the worse off you’ll be.

And almost none of the boys on this planet have enough energy to be able to make love. Do not think that ‘boys’ is an age thing. If a man isn’t enlightened, he remains a boy, no matter how old he is. He must be connected to a whole different source of energy within and then be able to share it with you. This isn’t at all common — and by that I mean you can probably count the number of enlightened men there are on this planet, out of the billions of males around. This is why you’re all desperately having sex without getting anything of value out of it. You’re just getting sicker and sicker, depressed, lonely and so on.

Basically, almost all of you are dumping whatever little energy you do have into useless pleasures and doing yourself a disservice.

Happiness is a feeling in the body, not the mind. Happiness is directly connected to the body being well-fed, which means feeding it not just anything, but good food, i.e. food that is really good at carrying the love you have into your body. And you already know what good food looks like, don’t you? No, caviar isn’t it. I am talking about the most alive food in existence: fresh fruit!

Actually, it isn’t just fresh fruit. It also includes meat, milk, honey, sweet water (i.e. good quality water), etc. All these are good for you — veganism notwithstanding, which is unnecessarily restrictive. I wrote a post on cool foods and you’ll see most of it happens to be vegetarian. That’s just the way life is — not ideologically, economically or philosophically driven.

But if it’s just that simple, why isn’t everyone happy simply by eating? Because they lack energy to feed the body.

You don’t get energy ‘from’ food. You put energy ‘into’ it, and then you put the food into your body. That’s the mechanism at work. When you have little to no energy, you can’t actually eat. You must be energetic in order to eat. Sick people, for example have no appetite for food and they can’t digest the food you give them. Only when people are well can they eat well. And the healthier, more energetic you are, the better you can assimilate whatever the hell it is you put into the body. This is why, as kids and teenagers, especially if you’re active physically, you’ll find you can eat literally anything and be happy. And as people grow older, they get less energetic and consequently, less able to handle foods they could as youngsters.

At this point in our planet’s evolution, the energy needed for all of us to be happy is well beyond the capacity of our planet to support naturally. Our planet isn’t able to fill all of us with a high level of energy, meaning that most people exist at a very low level of energy by default. This is why most people are only happy in moments and not constantly. They rise in energy during certain moments, feel happy, and then go back to being however they were.

But there are some people like me who are always connected to a higher source of power and are able to get the energy they need to be happy near constantly.

Fundamentally the spiritual process is about accessing a source of energy that is well beyond what you would get naturally. You connect with a source that is beyond natural, aka ‘supernatural’. This is called ‘enlightenment’.

When you’re enlightened, you live supernaturally. And when you live supernaturally, you’re unnaturally happy.

Human beings that are enlightened live in supernatural ways, and are unnaturally happy!

When a woman lives this way, she becomes extremely receptive. Wherever she goes, she can basically ask for and receive the love she wants. This means everyone around an enlightened woman is constantly being pushed to the limit in order to raise their own level of energy and then give her what she is demanding. In other words, everyone is being forced to become more energetic, everyone is forced to become happier, everyone is being forced to get enlightened!

Perhaps you’re starting to understand why I am only interested in you. You’re the key to this whole civilization moving forward. If a woman is enlightened, she can change the whole world simply by existing.

There’s a lot of people on this planet that are worried about eating nowadays, as if it’s a crime to be fed. It seems we have a lot of neuroses going around, but none are as stupid as the ones about food. You must eat, and eat good food, the best food you can afford to eat, but not fancy stuff like ‘tempura’, ‘caviar’, ‘gold flakes’, ‘champagne’, etc. I am not picking on these particular items — just giving you some examples of useless foods. They will not help you.

Of course there’s ‘fun’ to be had. I enjoy a glass of red wine as much as anyone else. But wine isn’t food. It’s a kind of poison, and it has a role to play, but don’t poison yourself willy-nilly just to feel a sense of elation. I use poison very medicinally, and if you’re with me, you’ll know when to use it well. In general, alcohol, caffeine, pain medication, anti-depressants or anything that’s unnatural when the body is in great shape aren’t interesting enough for me to try.

Whenever I am down, I eat a lot. What it means when I am down isn’t psychological. I am not feeling bad, depressed, unhappy, insane, crazy, out of sorts or unwell, in any way. I am literally just low on energy and I need to charge the soul, mind as well as body.

The way you charge your soul is to sit in light. This light comes from fire, essentially, so any source of fire is fine. On Earth, the best source of fire is sunlight, so its good to sit in the sun while eating. Its not important that it be warm, just bright. I am talking direct sunshine, not reflected off buildings or sitting under an umbrella. Sunlight recharges your soul. Then, you recharge the body by putting food into it. If you eat outside, sitting in the sun, you’ll be happier quicker and get back to your life as soon as you can. In winter, that’s a harder task, so there’s a couple of options: either sit by a fire when you eat, even if it’s just an oil lamp, or just sit by me and you’ll fill up in no time. I am a source of many things, fire included.

There are many who would prefer that you sit in front of them in rapt silence, with an empty stomach, doing nothing but paying utmost attention to their words, actions or their magic. I am lot more ‘natural’, and prefer that my girls eat and be happy while they’re in my presence, especially when I am speaking to them.

You see, love can be transferred in all kinds of ways. My ways include speaking, feeding, affection and sex. The latter option isn’t open to you, because you’re too young for it. I don’t mean that it’s a question of ‘age’ but maturity. I find even ‘older’ women (e.g., women in their 20s, 30s, 40s and so on) to also be so immature that I wouldn’t ever be able to make love to them. It’s just the way life is on Earth nowadays — people are only able to have sex, but not share love. And that leaves women hungry.

But since one of my superpowers includes being able to share my love with you by feeding you food I make or ‘change’ while it’s sitting in front of me, I would encourage you to eat while you’re in front of me. I can literally pour my love into your food and help you along a bit more as you’re eating.

And if I see you sitting and eating outside and you smile at me and say something you feel is nice, you just might get a little bit of energy from me to say ‘I love you’.
